It remains open through the year and at both morning and evening. Prayers are offered two times a day. The main deities are decorated with beautiful clothes and precious jewellery. This temple is also famous due to its puppet exhibition. It is only temple where puppet exhibition is shown in full enthusiasm. It is placed at ground floor of main building. One can see this puppet show throughout the year. At this puppet exhibition, two great epics of India, namely Mahabharata and Ramayana are performed. They enact the complete scenes and famous story of India's great ruler and hero of the ages. People attend this show in great volume throughout the year. Pagal Baba Mandir Vrindavan Timings
Two major festivals are celebrated here namely Holi and Janmasthmi along with other famous festivals of India. There is no entry fee to this temple. During summer, the temple opens at 05:00 a.m. And closed by 11:30 a.m. And at evening, it again opens at 3:00 p.m. and closed by 9:00 p.m. During winter, temple opens at 6:00 a.m. and closed by 12:00 a.m. and at evening, it opens at 3:30 p.m. And closed at 8:30 p.m. Aarti or prayer is performed two times during a day. Devotees in large amount visit this temple during Janmashtmi. The temple is decorated with beautiful flowers and colorful light to provide altogether attractive look to it. Many followers who are associated with this temple and late Pagal Baba is also indulged in various forms of charity works. They have well maintained the temple.
How to Reach Pagal Baba Mandir
From the top floor of this building, one can see the good look of Vrindavan. This temple is 9 km far from Mathura and 41 km from Agra and there is easy connectivity and from Delhi it is approx 145 km distance on NH2. It is situated at Mathura-Vrindavan Marg at Vatsalya Gram in Vrindavan. To reach this place, take left onto Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg from Chatikara and then turn toward right. Another right will take you to Mathura-Vrindavan Marg and there you will find Pagal Baba Mandir in right. It is 6.9 km away from Chatikara which is a well-known place near NH2 road. It will take around 12 mins to reach this place through an auto or rickshaw. It will hardly cost Rs 20 to reach here. One can also opt for sharing auto which is cheaper in cost and are easily available.
